About Dimitris Sarris

I am a scientist loyal to microbial fermentation and industrial biotechnology/microbiology.My research interests lie -amongst others- within biotechnological treatment and valorization of agro-industrial wastes into high-added value products (fuel, food, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, biochemicals).My undergraduate background in applied microbiology/biotechnology can be also useful in the beverage sector.Always enjoying teaching in University.
