Promoted to Front Desk Manager, being uniquely in charge of the operation of one of the two buildings of the resort, directing and controlling the activities of the Front Desk, managing the coordination between Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure all hotel rooms are in perfect condition and reviewing daily arrivals, VIPs, special requests, group needs and room assignments. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, managing a team of 5 Duty Managers, 2 supervisors and 17 agents and securing proper training is acquired and that their well-being is looked after. Ensuring standards are followed and met at all times and that all financial and credit procedures are followed.

Promoted to Duty Manager in the Front Office, managing a team of 5 permanent and 9 seasonal agents. Responsible for maintaining a smooth daily operation, ensuring all guest complaints are dealt with the highest level of attention and professionalism, reviewing daily flow to ensure proper handling of VIP guestsand assuring that all financial and credit procedures are followed

Joined the housekeeping team and as a Supervisor ensured all guest rooms met the highest standards as set by Four Seasons and the company’s Lead With Care program. During the daily operation I managed the room attendants, inspected all arrivals(rooms, suites and bungalows), met guests to gather preferences, handle complaints and ensure overall satisfaction. Experienced hotel closure procedures due to seasonality.

Part of the pre-opening team, responsible for the welcoming and training of the team ensuring the Four Seasons standards are met at all times. Assisted management in establishing the procedures and overseeing the daily operation of the Guest Services team, took full responsibility of handling the division’s orders and acted as an assistant manager for 10 months. In July 2020 I was awarded as the Employee of the Month.
