SS&C Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) Division is a leading outsourcing provider servicing the mutual fund and employer retirement plans markets. My role provided me with the opportunity to consult with internal and external customers to design, develop and implement compliance, industry and software learning solutions to support organizational goals. I am also a resource for my team concerning my areas of expertise and I support and document procedures and policies for the administrative deployment of compliance learning. My areas of responsibility include:- Lead learning project manager and instructional designer for organizational, compliance and client learning initiatives, focusing on Mutual Fund and 529 Plans. Compliance related learning initiatives I have led include: SECURE Act, Reg S-ID Red Flag, AML, Trusted Contact, Tax Form Reporting, etc. In 2015-2016, my focus was a major client AML KYC compliance project. Other past projects include leading client training and internal learning teams for: the transition to Mandatory Cost Basis, new business initiatives, and the development of proprietary systems (TA and Chorus/AWD) learning solutions.- Transitioned Compliance related elearnings to SS&C's internal LMS for three divisions.- LMS Steering Committee team member and project manager for Talent Development Dept. (2014 - 2020). Led transition to the Cornerstone LMS. Worked to expand and improve our use of the LMS with a focus for the deployment and tracking of compliance and eLearning modules across the organization. - Lead instructional designer and facilitator for new business and client learning. Designed, developed and delivered learning solutions for new business and product implementations, process changes and systems enhancements.- ISD consultant, elearning developer and facilitator for internal client facing, operations and customer service teams for targeted learning needs (e.g. SECURE Act and IRA RMD eLearning).

The Principal Learning Consultant represents the Talent Development organization as learning professional/internal consultant and works closely with project managers, relationship managers, BTS, work teams and external clients to define learning and educational solutions to business needs. Responsible for working with the business units to assess educational needs, identify learning gaps and translate them into effective learning solutions to meet both internal and external client needs. Effectively coordinate the development and deployment of compliance and retirement plan eLearning modules and multi-part learning programs across the organization.- Lead instructional designer and facilitator for new business and client learning. Designed, developed and delivered learning solutions for new business and product implementations, process changes and systems enhancements. Team lead for several Mutual Fund new client conversion training projects. - Consultant, instructional designer and facilitator for internal client facing, relationship management staff and customer service teams for targeted learning needs. - Learning course design and implementation (classroom, virtual classroom and eLearning) for post on-boarding continuing learning and cross-training. Topics focused on a range of Transfer Agency related servicing issues, including items such as compliance learning, transfer legals, commissions, IRAs, proprietary system learning, Year End/Tax Reporting, industry knowledge, etc. - Led the development and implementation of 529 cross-training learning for clients, systems administrators, operations, client facing and customer service teams. - Co-led a Peer Training initiative across three sites to improve organizational OJT.
