• Responsible for 12 markets in Central & Southern Europe Business Unit for the initial launch phase.• Up to 12 months special project aiming to support Costa Coffee rollout in CCH Bottling Company markets.• Financial Valuations, Scenario Analysis & Commercial Model set up. • Tax-Invoicing Model set up and Transfer Pricing recommendations.• Value Chain Analysis assessing profitability for all Costa platforms in CEE BU markets.

• Responsible for Greece & Islands, Greece (Tier I country), Cyprus & Malta (Tier II countries).• Provide financial input and support on new initiatives, like new product, new packages, consumer promotions, to both TCCC and the Bottling Partners. • Co-ordinate concentrate pricing.• Monitoring of Net Sales Revenue drivers and updating of the related Risks & Opportunities list. • Evaluate cash-flow analysis of business investments and prepare RFAs where applicable.• Develop and maintain a system value chain model to understand costs and profits for each partner of the value chain.• Support Operations in monitoring and analyzing Bottler Profitability development.• Develop System Profitability Models to understand key leverages of medium and long-term system profitability.• Inform key stakeholders on system profitability of new business initiatives.

• Responsible for Greece & Islands, Greece (Tier I country), Cyprus & Malta (Tier II countries). • Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting through Business Plan and Rolling Estimate.• Controlling of the month-end closing processes by preparing and posting all the Revenue & Expense accruals.• Leading all the financial settlements with the company’s bottling partners.• Daily interaction with the Operations Department; Assessment of the financial rationale behind each marketing investment and ensuring that all activities adhere to the company’s controls &compliance policy.• Quarterly reviews & presentations to OPs team regarding the YTD performance and key focus areas.• IT systems update and maintenance in order to secure tight control of relevant budgets.
