The company was created as a joint venture with a fellow Civil Engineer, NTUA graduate, John Athanassiou, offering mainly Technical Due Diligence on real estate assets as well as design and construction services on residential, commercial and professional projects. Services include management of construction projects, developing/applying/guiding to approval of building permits, issuing energy efficiency certificates and carrying out energy improvements, designing/carrying out renovations, issuing operating licenses, performing inspections, offering consultations and issuing technical reports.

Promote and manage properties for sale/lease, indicating opportunities to clients, providing technical advice and properties assessment.

Plan and manage residential and commercial fit out projects, as an engineer of the remodeling department. Commercial projects include office spaces, retail stores, food market shops, professional catering spaces, classrooms etc. Responsibilities include client meetings, analyzing client’s space and needs, develop solutions, provide cost evaluation after negotiations with subcontractors and vendors, project planning and scheduling, on-site management and subcontractor supervision according to project’s blueprints and specifications and local safety standards.

Assist in the development and construction of residential and infrastructure projects. Residential projects include concrete apartment buildings and houses. Infrastructure projects include schools (buildings and grounds) and road acoustic barriers. Responsibilities included drawing up design plans and “as built” plans, locating and ordering materials, on-site supervision, organizing and updating project paperwork, acquiring permits etc.
