Guided, mentored and developed software engineers both on site and remotely. Sponsored and promoted agile methods in the sdlc of the company's product base.Promoted the company in the technical community by organizing and taking part in various related events. Organized the first Hyperledger meetup in Athens(Greece).Set up policies and procedures in using tools and technologies to increase productivity (Jira, Confluence, Gitlab etc). Undertook company's effort to achieve ISO-9001 certification for security in software development.

Lead the development team of core product suite (mobile, web). Plan and define information technology strategy including both core product and internal systems.

Responsible for all aspects of electronic accreditation including software application management, analysis and design of process and procedures, running helpdesk etc.

Analysis lead for the GSTPA (Global Straight Throupg Processing Association) project. Responsibilities included domain expertise both internal and external at GSTPA fora and meetings. Designed and managed development of subsystems to aid transition to GSTPA processes and procedures.

Managed STP (Straight Through Processing) projects at buy side client organisations using company's Salerio product. Business areas covered include Trade Confirmation, Settlement, Asset and Cash Reconciliation, FX and Cash Transactions as well as integration with other systems and vendors (OMS or PMS).
