Prior to that, I held positions of increasing responsibility, including Head of Cranes and High Voltage Department, Head of TOS Unit, and Head of Equipment Maintenance and Resource Allocation Department, all within the Container Terminal Division.My expertise lies in leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, with a focus on simulation models and optimization algorithms for container terminal operations.
