Shortly after joining, I spearheaded the creation of the MDL IP, establishing it as one of the most prestigious Dota 2 events hosted by a Chinese company.My proudest achievement was successfully bringing MDL to Disneyland® Paris as a Valve Major—a breathtaking USD$1,000,000 Dota 2 event co-produced with Disneyland® Paris at their theme park.Additionally, I took charge of all communication with Valve, which led Mars Media to secure four Dota 2 Major and one Minor events. In 2016, we were entrusted with producing the Chinese segment of The International, the-then largest prize-pool in esports history.

LGD Gaming stands as one of China's oldest and most prosperous esports clubs. I took on the responsibility of negotiating the contract renewal with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), resulting in a fruitful multi-year agreement. During the challenges posed by COVID-19, I provided innovative business ideas and solutions to both LGD Gaming and PSG, enabling them to achieve their goals while minimizing costs. Moreover, I fostered strong relationships with existing partners and actively sought new sponsorships to further their success.

At the prominent Chinese live streaming platform, HuoMao, I had the responsibility of identifying new content sources and securing broadcasting rights. During my tenure in the Shanghai-based company, I successfully negotiated and secured over 200 events, with a primary focus on Dota 2 and CS:GO. This effort elevated HuoMao to become the go-to streaming platform in China for watching competitions of these game titles.

The website earned a reputation as the leading source of information for anything related to Dota 2 in China.Additionally, I took charge of designing, implementing, and directing major online tournaments and events, establishing direct collaborations with sponsors and professional teams/organizations.
