Responsibilities include running the sales floor with retail ambassadors, ensuring the stock room is organized and fully-stocked, organizing community events and forming partnerships with local athletes and businesses, conducting store sales/revamping the sales floor, ensuring the “customer experience” is being upheld. Other responsibilities include running back-of-house systems such as checking daily/weekly sales numbers through Shopify and RetailNext to check on conversion, sales, customer experience and providing these updates to Store Manager for weekly retail reports every Sunday morning. Acceptance of shipments and mailing of customer orders is also conducted during the week.Also placing supply orders, editing timecards, accepting./creating shipments/STO’s. Also in charge of monthly store audits, sales reports, daily business reports/closing notes. Also main store representative at quarterly management meetings with Federal Realty management team/El Segundo Police Department. Sends out personalized customer emails to 30 high-priority customers per week via Endear system as well as helping place monthly supply orders via Infinity Global for the store. Also helps create the majority of FreshService tickets for IT or back-of-house store/employee needs and /or place Service Channel orders for store repairs/contractor orders. Helps edit timecards/fix schedule errors/violations within StoreForce system.

Otto Chat is an off-shoot podcast from the ROGCast by Real Otaku Gamer. It is hosted by myself on behalf of realotakugamer.com and is focused on all things Destiny and Bungie-related, as well as other video games and entertainment. Dimitri works to include guests on every episode, whether they are returning or new. It strives to create a a fun and engaging atmosphere for listeners to have a good time while they game, work, etc. It can be found on all major websites and apps that support podcasts such as Spotify, YouTube, Anchor.FM, etc.
