Both for making the Olivier pile and for calculations.Based on our knowledge and years of experience, acquired through our own expertise in drilling and pile construction, we are the ideal partner for delivering FDP tooling and solutions for every client and machine.An Olivier pile is a patented type of drilled displacement pile (ground improvement) made of concrete, featuring a helical (screw-shaped) shaft. The pile is formed without soil removal. Because of its helical shaft, the Olivier pile is especially well-suited for installation in low load-bearing capacity soils like clay and loam, although it is adaptable for use in nearly all soil types. Olivier full displacement piles offer numerous benefits, including a 40% reduction in concrete consumption, absence of lost steel casings and drill tips, minimal spoil, suitability for contaminated soils, and enhanced friction capacity. Olivier piles represent the foundation or ground improvement with the smallest ecological and economic footprint and can be easily produced using existing CFA/Kelly piling machines.Apart from the Olivier piling system, we offer a range of tools suitable for various techniques. Our Olivier couplers, designed for pipes with diameters ranging from 219mm to 508mm, offer an alternative to conventional hex/octagonal couplers and other traditional couplers, providing numerous advantages and the capability to handle up to 550kNm of torque.We take pleasure in sharing our experience and expertise with our customers.
