Непосредственное руководство инженерной мастерской (83 сотрудника), включающей в себя блок управления проектами (14 проектов) и производственные группы по разделам ЭОМ, ВК, ПТ, ОВиК, ТМ, АДИС, СС. Координация руководителей групп и РП ВИС / ГИПов по сложным инженерным решениям, поиск альтернативных подходов в международной практике (ASHRAE, CIBSE, BSRIA, NFPA). Сопровождение Заказчика на всех этапах проектирования (концепция, стадия П, рабочая документация, авторский надзор). R&D в инженерном направлении.Организация и оптимизация процесса проектирования, разработка стандартов и бизнес-процессов внутри компании. Подготовка КП на проектирование, согласование условий договоров. Тендер субподрядчиков по внутренним и наружным инженерным системам, а также спец. разделам. Планирование работ мастерской с учетом графика загрузки команд, определение приоритетов и стратегических вех. Набор команды (отдел вырос с 37 до 80 человек).

Dmitry was working on a project for a multifunctional complex in Minsk and big shopping mall in Moscow. The multifunctional complex includes various types of buildings: skyscrapers, offices, hotel with congress hall, shopping center, underground parking, medical center and sports center.He was participating in AECOM Graduate Development Program with courses of project management, finance, risk management, time management, negotiation and presentation skills.His responsibility is designing HVAC, smoke ventilation, heat and cold supply systems with engineering documentation standards using Revit; this includes preparation of materials, calculations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. Also, he was preparing technical briefs, developing concept stage, monitoring and checking design documentation from subcontractors.
