Provided high level administrative and project support throughout the Implementation Planning Study phase of the EMR (Electronic Management Record) program. Coordination of all workshops across the St Vincent’s Organisation inclusive of all public and private hospitals nationally inclusive liasing with key internal stakeholders and with external stakeholders. Administering the project meetings, workshops and maintaining timelines for the key milestone’s deliverables.
