About Dimitri Ponomareff
As the CEO and Founder of Kanban Zone, I have been living my passion or ikigai for the past 7+ years, helping organizations from startups to enterprises to eliminate wasteful activities and increase profits. I leverage my Project Management, Agile Methodologies, and Executive Facilitation competencies to provide our visual collaboration platform that offers a 360-degree view of our client's eco-system to align work from strategy to execution. I am also a coach, facilitator, and public speaker with 20+ years of experience as an Enterprise Coach and Fractional CIO/CTO, where I enabled industry leaders such as American Express, Morgan Stanley, and Mayo Clinic to optimize their operations and delight their customers with faster delivery. I still enjoy taking on fractional roles like the one as interim CTO at InkSoft for 1.5 years, leading engineering, product, and user experience to create the ideal sales platform for the decorated apparel industry. I am passionate about empowering teams to become self-organized, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering valuable solutions to the market.
