XL family (formerly Dialogues Technology) is a digital agency and innovation accelerator spun off of ABN AMRO. Clients include and not limited to: Provincie Noord-Holland, Ahold, Albert Heijn, Etos, Equens, Climate Reality Project, Xigrix, Auroled.

As the in-house creative I have been responsible for visually articulating the communications pipeline of ABN AMRO Innovation Centre and other departments like Events & Sponsoring. Notable projects: Blockchain, Cultural Heart, Festival Innovation. My work was chosen and featured at Dutch Design Week, Amsterdam Affordable Art Fair and Uitmarkt.Highlights:- Visual identity of Blockchain technology and experiments- Public showcase at the annual Affordable Art Fair in Amsterdam, on behalf of ABN AMRO's "Uitgesproken Talent"​ initiative (October 2014)- Visual identity of AAB Innovation Centre (2013 and 2014)- Video showcase of ABN AMRO's "Cultural Heart/ Culturele Hart" initiative- Video showcase of the ubiquity of design, featured during the 2012 and 2013 editions of Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven.

1. Create content: writing blog posts for Dialogues Incubator, as well as articles, newsletters, and materials for social media channels2. Social media marketing: creating, managing and enhancing Dialogues Incubator's visibility and presence through blogging, Twitter, and other relevant online properties3. Use Analytics to provide frequent reports on metrics and finding ways to improve on them

In charge of designing the venture portfolio, annual reports and monthly events program of Dialogues House, ABN AMRO’s innovation initiative. Futhermore, I initiated the team’s weekly editorial meeting, edited our web content, and provided weekly analytics reporting with social media optimization strategies.

Set up and managed the external incubator pilot with IBM, the Extreme Blue 2009 program. Then, continued developing and branding the resulting mobile payment startup on behalf of ABN AMRO.- Created a business case on sustainable tourism- Steered the content management of the Dialogues Incubator website: www.dialoguesincubator.nl - Guided the winning student team of CEMS Erasmus University during a business case contest held by the Dialogues Incubator (Aug 25-29)

Highlights:- Video showcase of the philosophy of Wassili Zafiris: submitted to New York Best Short Film Festival in 2014, officially endorsed by ICF global and Climate Reality Group (by Al Gore)- Video intro to the charitable platform "Goedmarkt": also broadcasted on TV (Dutch and CNN)
