Hey,my name is Dr.Dimpal . I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Gujarat University. In my current role as a physical therapist and Pilates instructor focused on using evidence-based practices to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. My approach aims to integrate therapeutic exercises with Pilates principles to help clients achieve core stability, improve posture, and build balanced strength.
