Job Responsibility:(Reporting to Sr Executive – HR) Recruitment Processes: Sourcing & screening profiles related to the areas of Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk & Financial Modeling. Short-listing resumes - Scheduling Telephonic & Personal interviews. Maintaining MIS for Head Hunted Profiles, Industry Mapping etc Monitoring the data base of Placement Consultants, Educational Institutions, and Resume data Bank. Hands on experience in working on job-portal like Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs.com. Compensation negotiation. Mapping & Hunting for relevant profile through networking sites like LinkedIn etc. Pre Joining and Post Joining Formalities: Initiating Back Ground Verification for the new joiners as a part of Pre Joining Formality. Induction and orientation of new joiners. Co-ordination with the new entrants, their appointment letters, employment specifications, processing employee PF, Mediclaim, Corporate salary A/c, Employee access cards and other employment registration forms. Taking Care of employee database with regard to their date of appointment, address, Telephone No's, references, Employee Dept, Code No, PF No, Performance parameters & increment due dates.
