Project Management, Control & Planning  Evaluation of Greenfield & Brown Field Properties as per Network Planning requirement. Preparation of Project Initiation Document which details Cost Estimates, Time Estimates and overview of risks associated. Preparation of Project overall Budget. Preparation of Engineering Man-hours. Valuation of Brown Field Telecom Facilities (Land, utilities, building and other infrastructure). Scenario Planning & Budgeting,  Work Breakdown Structures & Cost Breakdown Structures,  EPC Project Completion Plan,  Critical Path Analysis & Risk Analysis,  S Curve for Engineering, Procurement & Construction, Project Resource Plan & Organogram. Finalisation of Scope of work and initiating Engineering, Procurement & Contracts as per engineering philosophy. Preparing BOQ, Requisition (in SAP), Technical Evaluation as per procedure – Contract & Procurement Management. Preparing Progress & Exception Reports, Contingency Plans wrt to Cost Estimate vs Progress. Preparing Macro level job planning (Management Information System) using Project Management Softwares – Primavera and MS Projects. Monitoring EPC status via Pulse Meetings, Apex Meetings and site visits at intervals. Preparing the Project Close Out Report.

Site & Construction Management Structures constructed: Cooling Tower & Pump House, Clarifier, various equipment foundations, several Office buildings and Electrical control buildings.  Review and analysis of drawings and designs.  Preparation of Cost Estimates. Inquiry floating, technical comparative preparation and checking of BOM, Intra & Inter departmental coordination for procurement. Preparing BOQ, NFA and Service Requisition (in SAP). Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction, ensuring timely completion in line with schedule. Preparing and planning micro level job activities with various MIS and monitoring jobs executed by contractors as per the schedule in line with scope and specification. Identifying & developing a vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase & timely delivery so as to minimize project cost. Measurement certification for billings.Quality & Safety assurance Control, assurance and effective implementation of quality initiatives within the area of responsibility. Quality Tests at Laboratory and at Site, Monitor the receipt of material at site and ensure that only approved materials are accepted for use at site. Verify Contractor’s documentation for the materials received. To adhere with work permit system, safe working procedure as per Statutory and other guide lines. To participate in internal and external committee, bodies, meeting pertaining to health and safety.

 Original drawing study, Accumulation of data from history & site, Simulation of Railway Bridges in Civil Software named SAP, Design calculations, Finally calculation of Fatigue Life of the Bridges under various combinations of Static and Moving Loads, Preparation of Reports.
