Hi I am Dimple Sharma, a mental health counselor. I help individuals achieve their emotional and mental well-being.I create a safe space for people, and have 1:1 sessions with individuals from the ages ranging from 15 years to 30 years on varied topics which include depression, anxiety, family dynamics, relationships and self-esteem among others. Additionally, I enjoy facilitating workshops on emotional learning and mental health. My workshops are very interactive. I look to include fun activities and humor; after all a little laughter helps lighten things up.😊 I use a rather comprehensive approach towards the people I work with and help them uncover and unlearn the learnings that they might have picked up and included in their life script. Also, I am a firm believer in taking small steps. I take these with people I work with, and help them discover, unwind and be in a better place mentally.Primary goals- To understand the conflict within one’s self, to gain insights on narratives that we have built for ourselves. Also, to promote changes in behavior and strive for improved mental well-being. Additionally, to facilitate effective and highly interactive workshops on mental health.
