Senior Executive - Operations And Administration
Current-Manage & perform day-to-day tasks to ensure operations run smoothly.-Produce reports, prepare presentations, and compose correspondence.-Provide administrative support in the delivery of training courses, workshops, and events to ensure learning & development.-Ensure all participants are informed, check supplies & materials, prepare participants list and maintain training records.-CRM to ensure appropriate storage of relevant and reliable data.-Collect and organize information using computers and filing systems.-Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of the stored data.-Maintain client relations, accommodate requests, inquiries, and concerns.-Manage & respond to membership inquiries and explain the process to join.-Create social media graphics for daily posting.-Effective handling of social media accounts to increase brand visibility.-Interact with users and respond to social media messages and inquiries. -Oversee special projects and track progress towards company goals.-Build new & expand existing skills by engaging in educational opportunities.
