Started my role as a Scrum Master for one of the tracks for the Pega Back Office transformation program. The purpose of the program was to replace 4 existing systems with Pega following an agile mindset. Scrum @Scale was the framework that was selected for the Agile transformation journey for the program, which can be scaled outside of the program, potentially throughout the department. After I was asked to be the Scrum Master for a pilot team (Bodacious Mob - scroll below to find an article that shares more about us) to build a robust Scrum team, I was also given an opportunity to serve the team not only as their Scrum Master but also their Agile Coach. We excelled as a Scrum team with an agile mindset, holding true to our Scrum values, and were considered the pioneers of a critical initiative in the organization. Soon after, I was also a Scrum Master for EAT (Executive Action Team) and an Integration team (similar to Scrum of Scrums in S@S). Additionally, I was a part of the Agile coaches group that implemented and worked through the following:* Assisted the pilot team as a Scrum Master and an Agile Coach* Established Scrum @Scale framework through the program by coaching and ongoing training for the integration teams. GTreasury Implementation;* Led the implementation effort that replaced three existing aging systems that were on premise, with a single SaaS-based Treasury application, GTreasury. * Effectively strategized with respect to business goals, expectations from a cloud-based system, budget, deadlines, schedules, and coordination amongst various project members and different streams of stakeholders. * Worked with the vendor, GTreasury, and at least 30+ different kinds/buckets of stakeholders, while utilizing the opportunity to automate manual processes where applicable, and reducing the system complexity, thus increasing efficiency (especially around cash management).* Delivered the complex project under budget, and before the sunset of existing systems (and hence, before deadline).

Led the project; acted as a link between the business and the technical side.2. SPAIN-Imagine; a site developed specifically for the loan products for SPAIN. Had taken up the complete responsibility of the second launch for the already existing site.3. OB-TREE Site Administration; involved Content Management System, worked with the clients to understand their requirements for their sites (for the respective countries). Citicorp Overseas Software Ltd.: Orbi-Integrator, a Java-based InterfaceAssisted in designing, development as well as implementation for the product.* Phase 2 (Oct. 2002 to Jan 2004)- Was sent to lead the project in Mumbai due to my results-driven attitude and communication skills. Was single point of contact in Mumbai for my team and the rest of the team was in Chennai.- Carried out numerous Proof of Concepts (POC) where Had to interact with internal/external clients (like ICICI, MayBank). Constantly followed System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).* Phase 1 (Feb. 2002 to Oct. 2002)- Designed and developed the C++ formatter (originally was in Java, message formatter module was ported to C++) and also conducted support activities for the same.- Set up complete environments, from the start till the finish, for integrating with Orbi-Integrator with WebLogic, in UNIX and Windows NT, for development, testing and SIT purposes.
