- Ensured the effective implementation and monitoring of FSSM across five small towns, encompassing containment, emptying, transport, and treatment, while fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders by supporting HUDD, Odisha. - Facilitated the participation of women-led community-based organizations and Self-Help Groups (SHGs), as well as sanitation workers, in the FSSM value chain through capacity-building training programs aimed at enhancing livelihoods. - Supported the enhancement of community and public toilets to be inclusive and sustainable, developing models for operation and maintenance. - Enabled the dissemination of FSSM services in rural areas through urban-rural integration efforts and the creation of knowledge products. - Implemented City-wide Inclusive Sanitation (CWIS) initiatives to support Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) in making sanitation accessible for the urban poor. This included subsidized de-sludging, mapping of insanitary toilets, and implementation of community septic tanks, complemented by the preparation of Sanitation and Fecal Flow Diagrams (SFDs). - Provided technical support in piloting Grey Water Management for Jatani and Khorda towns of Odisha by GIS wastewater outfall mapping and assessment of pollutant loads discharged.
