  Job Responsibilities:*Individually handle End to End Recruitment, right from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview follow-ups, and closures & joining of candidate.*Sourcing profiles through networking sites (LinkedIn) Employee referrals and from network of candidates for various skills to gauge more exposure in "Passive Sourcing".*Initial validation of candidates before forwarding the profiles to the client.*Analyzing the requirements*Screening resumes after sourcing them based on the job description given and after checking parameters like education, experience, Communication skills ,interpersonal skills candidate's in-depth knowledge of relevant technology, functional skills, job history, geography, willingness to travel and relocate, Salary fitment and sharing the same to client.*Recording data about the interview schedules, Offered candidates, Pending joiners and status of the candidates.
