• Bid Manager for IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services pursuits, driving end to end bid lifecycle and ensuring seamless stakeholder management with internal and external teams. • Coordinate with senior members across all functions including sales, pre sales, technology, delivery, consulting, account, corporate teams and enabling functions for bringing in synergy and producing a holistic and winning proposal. • Working closely with client partners to lay the overall proposal strategy, syncing up with the account managers to translate the strategic objectives to tangible benefits at an engagement level, coordinating with a team of experts from technology & domain areas to chart out minute detail of the implementation roadmap, and lastly consulting with delivery heads to bring in pragmatism to the overall solution and ensure mechanisms are in place to mitigate risks as part of service delivery• Own response to RFP / RFI / RFQ as per client requirements, which includes detailed analysis of existing environment, propose solution & strategy with enabling functions, resource estimations, value-adds and business case analysis.• Aggressively negotiating with the internal stakeholders to create resourcing model that is cutting edge, yet extremely competitive from a price PoV. This would also include prototyping of the eventual resource model, and stress testing it against various scenarios to ensure we are well positioned to handle adverse events and also deliver service improvements on a consistent basis
