Current* Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new candidates, including I-9 verification.* Handle terminations and offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transition.* Run and complete background check processes for potential hires.* Coordinate with HRBPs on various HR initiatives and employee-related matters.* Process change letters and conduct ADP audits to maintain accurate employee records.* Manage leave of absence requests and policy assignments for employees.* Utilize Jobvite and ADP daily for HR operations.* Generate and analyze reports using ADP for data-driven decision making.* Track candidate lifecycle using tools like Excel, ensuring efficient recruitment processes.* Handle confidential employee information with utmost discretion.* Manage HR inbox and answer employees’ queries on daily basis.
