As a Product Owner on an Agile Release Train, I work closely with 3 co-located SCRUM Teams, with my main responsibilities being:- Working with Operational Business Owner ,Technical Business Owner and the team to define and refine the product backlog, with clear descriptions and acceptance criteria- Continuously prioritizing the backlog , defining user stories, identifying clear subset ahead of the release and sprint planning sessions, and adjusting priorities at any time as urgent requests reach the teams. Yet, also protect the teams from unnecessary diversions to ensure the release and sprint goals are achieved- Active involvement with the team also helping them to stay focused and highly productive in a fast changing environment. With 3 teams, I am mostly available to clarify user stories and goals.- Aligning with various stakeholders across the organisation to gather input for the team or share team outputs

- Generating and translating requirements into specifications.- Creating and assembling text, charts, tables, solving methods and illustrations as needed to communicate specifications.- Interacting with and working to align involved parties across the organization/team

- Organize and Realize Trainings for team or Maps Operational Unit Employees to ensure they are on the same Education & Training Level and apply the valid Processes, Specs and Tools- Local technical support for in-house production related tools & processes- Assist in Install, Check and Roll-out TomTom Tools and Processes, as well as supervise that everyone is working with the same actual documents (Specifications, Methods, Guidelines) and Tools- Provide Technical support to PM/PCO in writing Project Instructions

- Project Planning and execution for creating a GIS based website (www.spoider.com)- ArcSDE Database Administration.- Preparing Project related documents.- Organise and Impart training to different users within the organization on Tele Atlas Products and ESRI functionalities.

- Managing and executing the entire project of the Feeder Manager Configuration (ArcFM 9.1).- Data Creation/Migration- QA/QC of the data along with data updation.
