MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS. Working for an organization that runs many different banking processes relating to the US/Europe/Middle East and Asia, I joined HSBC Invoice Finance UK team as a Customer Service Executive. I was appointed as an Auditor in the department to handle the quality sampling work. I was again appointed as the Process Specialist of the department to look after all process-related training due to my thorough knowledge of all aspects of the process. , I have been recognized and awarded as the best performer on numerous occasions. I stepped up in my career as a Banker and joined HSBC International Trade Finance Colombo in Aug 2011.As for my experience as a Cabin Crew, I gained vast experience in the aviation industry, safety, security and hospitality. Also dealing with high-profile customers in a demanding environment, problem solving and handling and resolving customer complaints effectively to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and experience. Other than travelling the world, I also had the opportunity to explore many different cultures and meet people from many different walks of life from different parts of the world.
