Also, Fortude is an Infor Global Alliance Partner, delivering world class solutions to a growing portfolio of global customers.During the early days of my role, I had the opportunity to involve in implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales (Dynamics 365 CRM) at Fortude and I was responsible for,• Making sure the data in CRM is complete and up to date• Modifying and customizing the CRM to cater different business requirements• Providing sales and pipeline analytics using the tools such as Microsoft Power BI• Preparation of CRM training materials i.e. Playbooks & User Guides• Conducting user trainings on Dynamics 365 Sales• Conducting desk researches to support Lead Gen and Marketing Campaigns

Care Systems is a USA based Research and Technology Company specialized in providing workforce solutions for the healthcare industry. Currently Care Systems has clients in USA, Europe and Middle-east with each of them having diverse range of demands arising from many different scheduling practices and regulations. It operates from offices in USA, UK, Dubai and Sri Lanka. As a Research Analyst my primary responsibilities included, • Searching online bidding sites to find out suitable RFP’s and do the initial screening to analyze the system's compatibility to meet the prospect’s functional requirements• Preparing company’s required business documents – Project Proposals, Case Studies, Software User Manuals, Installation & Setup Guides, Process Documents and maintain them in a central repository • I was the first point of contact for conducting desk researches on potential clients – basically foreign hospitals, using databases and online websites to help the business development team to approach them in an organized manner• Also was involved in performing several technical tasks including Quality Assurance, designing User Interfaces and documenting the functional requirements for a future product.
