• Oversee the recruitment strategy for North America, playing a key role in driving organizational growth. • Reduced time-to-hire through streamlined processes and the use of multiple sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and JazzHR. • Led the full recruitment life cycle for 30+ positions per month, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition in alignment with company goals. • Collaborate with executive leadership (COO, CSO, Executive VP) in biweekly meetings to review recruitment metrics and align hiring strategies with company growth.

- Responsible for all recruitment activities across Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic Canada, and New York.
