1. Perform functional testing during major and minor upgrades of the system.2. Collect, understand, and transmit the business requirements for the tasks, and translate these into functionalspecifications and detailed test plans.3. Obtain sign-off from business line on the specifications.4. Coordinate between all bank’s departments and external vendors / contacts.5. Create and/or Enhance programs including Core Banking System, according to users requests, andcoordinate its implementation with external vendors and concerned departments.6. Handle all system defects tickets received from different business lines and further process it forenhancement to the system provider and follow-up on its implementation.7. Depict, manage, recommend solutions and follow up deficits of programs through organizing tests withend users and communicating with external vendors and bank’s internal concerned departments for furtheradjustments.8. Manage the flow of DIM (Requests for Maintenance) between the business line and the system provider.9. Ensure accuracy of programs using functional judgment and end user feedback10. Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations concerning new evolutionrequests.11. Ensure addressing the received system’s corrections / defects / changes on a timely manner, ensuring theiraccurate implementation on production.12. Handle the execution of test plans throughout the project life cycle, while maintaining ongoing synergywith all the involved entities and abidance by targeted deadlines.13. Respond to business lines requests regarding system functionality or any errors that may arise while usingthe system. Provide continuous counseling and advice to the users in performing their day to dayoperations.14. Analyze and follow up with IT Development on the development of new reports.15. Assist in coaching and training bank’s Departments or Branches regarding new / modified functionalities

Responsible for managing suppliers'(current & potential) and products database. In charge of financialreporting (monthly, quarterly, annually, and punctually). In addition to preparing the statistics and regularreports about current suppliers’ consumption.

Duties & Responsibilities:1. Maintain and update the suppliers' and products' database.2. Maintain and update the bank database of the branches and departments.3. Prepare the Purchasing Department Budget.4. Prepare Administration & Development Division Budget and cost analysis.5. Communicate the updates to the suppliers and providers.6. Manage and update the procurement tool.7. Participate in Purchasing New Project (Oracle i-procurement,…etc)8. Prepare the monthly report after reviewing the appropriate financial authority approval and the supportingdocuments of the invoices and process its analysis for the bank products and services categories through themonthly presentation and accordingly monitor its impact with ADM& DEV division CMC Report.9. Maintain and update the potential suppliers register (Soft and Hard Copies)10. Manage and prepare:a. Permanent Supervision reports through Narval Tool.b. Risk Reports (KRI, exhaustiveness, RCSA,…etc)11. Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and MoneyLaundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.12. Ensure correct adoption of policies and procedures in order to guarantee that the bank business isconducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal rules and regulations, as well as, InternationalStandards.
