I had several positions at this corporation in following department and order: ● Quality control lab assistant, assisted in the testing of different batches of diagnostic Elisa tests from Toxoplasma IgG , IgM , CMV, Rubella, EBV, HSV1and different autoimmune Elisa tests. ● Research and development department assisted in the research and development of autoimmune ANA Elisa screen. ● Technical Department: managed all client inquiry regarding all diagnostic test sold by Diamedix Corporation. Performed testing on returned products or problem tests. Assisted in the creation of protocol and procedures for handling failed product performance. Created procedures to handle client product inquiry and performance questions. Handled all product complaints.
