I am currently the Deputy Director of OpenDoors. A Non Profit that focuses on the reintegration of formerly incarcerated men and women back in to the community. We provide many wrap around services to help build a foundation for a better and productive life . Within my role I manage 4 Emergency Homeless Shelters, 1 Warming Center and “Foundations “ the first Reentry Focused Transitional Recovery House for women in the State. In December 2023 I opened OpenDoors for Women and Children. Im a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and have over 7 years experience working in a dual diagnosis, residential treatment facility with both men and women. Four of those years were in a Management position. I am very familiar with short and long term recovery models, crisis intervention and community health systems such as inpatient to outpatient services, program design, organization and growth. I currently sit on the RICoC Board of Directors.
