Business Operations Manager
Current- Manage all onboarding from interview, hiring, training and procedures needed for the community.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for resident move-ins, move-outs, transfers, and ancillary charges.
- Oversee cash controls including the depositing and posting of cash receipts and implementing and monitoring controls over petty cash.
- Coordinate the processing of payroll, payroll reports and employee benefits.
- Reviews the monthly financial statements.
- Prepares Management reports as requested.
