Examples of work undertaken include:Assessment Centres:Design and delivery of numerous assessment centres across a range of industries levels and roles. Examples include design of a bespoke assessment process for operational roles within a major logistics company.Development centres:Extensive experience of delivering senior and mid level development centre programmes (in the UK and internationally) involving participants from across the globe and a combination of exercises and psychometrics. Responsibilities also included writing detailed developmentally focussed reports and conducting one on one feedback and development planning with participants.Feedback and Coaching:Delivery of coaching interventions to a variety of coaches at various levels from aspiring managers to Executives.

• Responsible for a number of key projects/work areas including Management Recruitment, ER/IR training, Studentships, Performance Management• Managerial responsibility for a team of recruitment, training & administration personnel Projects included:• Designing a self assessment pack for use in evaluation against key competencies • Planning and implementing a national recruitment campaign for Royal Mail Studentships• Development and delivery of a number of training courses such as Screening, Telephone Interviewing; Selection board administration, Preparation for Higher Education, Career Planning• Management of assessor training (BTec accredited, c.50 courses per year)• Design of a number of assessment / development centre products

• Responsible for delivering graduate and other new entrant recruitment across the Post Office businesses (100 + per annum)• Involvement spanned from strategy development through to chairing selection boards and signing off contracts of employment• Project managed the computerisation of Assessment Services from securing funding, through customisation, design of scannable application forms, implementation, training, review and refinement • Managerial responsibility for recruitment team
