I began my career in advertising and quickly realized that while I loved the industry's creative aspects, I wanted to learn more about the business side. I returned to school, earned my MBA, and made a career change into the staffing and recruiting sector. I became obsessed with maximizing the recruitment process while driving efficiencies. Over the past decade, I learned the ins and outs of what makes great talent acquisition. I sat as VP of Recruitment for a 15,000-person organization. I oversaw strategic RPO partnerships for some of the nation's most respected brands. I've launched an Executive Search practice and a talent consulting practice. Today, I partner with PE firms and portfolio companies to accelerate value creation through direct recruitment, consulting, advisory services, and search management. I am a talent acquisition expert at my core, with the passion and know-how to grow businesses.
