Direct and manage inpatient admissions team to generate and convert referrals to admissions to meet or exceed budgeted volumes. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and tactics with Nurse Evaluators to reflect system-wide approach and knowledge base. Manage referral and admissions support team to ensure seamless patient transitions from acute to post-acute care. Monitor customer satisfaction. Audiences include new admissions, post-discharges, current residents and families, community sources and inquiries that were unable to admit. Share results with the management team and others as appropriate to develop action plans as needed.Encourage an atmosphere of teamwork amongst the admissions staff and other facility employees to promote hospitality and comfort for our patients and residents.
