Work with organizations ranging from local preschools to national organizations to assist in inclusive practices. Workshops include train-the-trainer models for students, systemic marginalization, identity and inclusion, transformative change, inclusive hiring practices, microaggressions and microresistance, gender inclusion, and more specifically tailored workshops based on the needs of the organization.

Taught a course to undergraduate students aspiring to be educators on inclusive practices in schools. Topics included culturally responsive pedagogy, universal design, PBIS. Guided students as they observed classrooms in the Chicago Public Schools to consider the roles identity, privilege and power play in engaging all students and families as embodying success, as well as critically examining their own identities and biases in order to understand how they shape inclusive classrooms.
