Support marketing team and other key functions at Incyte by overseeing tasks associated with the planning, review, final execution, and distribution of promotional and other commercial material(s). This includes the daily involvement in managing the Medical, Legal and Regulatory (MLR) review process, in addition to the production, distribution, compliance submission, and retirement of marketing material(s). This includes supporting the company’s commercial launch of products in development. • Attend key Agency-Brand meetings to ensure awareness of the marketing strategy and important marketing initiatives that require appropriate planning• Interact and collaborate with marketing, agencies and MLR team members on a weekly basis to plan and prioritize the workload for the review agendas • Traffic jobs throughout the review cycle and provide necessary external partner follow-up• Facilitate the review meetings; record all changes requested of the MLR review team• Provide direction to internal/external partners regarding the review process and the electronic submission system• Perform/Ensure the appropriate proofreading/editorial review is conducted pre-MLR and post-MLR review (final production proofs)• Ensure the preparation and delivery of DDMAC compliance submission information for all brands to Regulatory. • Collaborate with external partners for the production management of externally managed production jobs and provide updates to marketing. Collaborate to resolve key issues that may arise from both a print and digital perspective• Ensure print/digital materials are managed appropriately for retired or withdrawn pieces
