As director, I have collaborated across all programs to improve services for individuals with mental illnesses and have taken the lead in the agency's interactions with the surrounding counties regarding mental health issues. My responsibilities include overseeing program budgets, conducting community outreach, managing staffing, developing and coordinating programs, nurturing relationships with county partners, forging strategic alliances, and expanding programs into southern Minnesota to meet community needs. I have initiated DHS licensed programs and supervised programs such as Housing Stabilization, ARMHS, PCA, and Mental Health Therapy. Additionally, I have overseen an adult day program catering to refugees and immigrants and launched a new clinic in Winona, MN. Moreover, I have provided supervision for all internships involving social work and Master's-level therapists.St Cloud MN & Winona MN

Direct and supervise the management of clinical programming and business operations of a large residential treatment academy for adolescent males. Responsible for ensuring that all program policies, procedures and manuals are current and in compliance the licensing requirements of Department of Corrections and Department of Human Services. Ensuring fiscal control and accountability while fostering strong community relations. Work closely with the Executive Director to build and promote organizational values, growth and sustainability. Responsibilities also include supervision of two residential programs, Aftercare Coordinator, Parent Partner, Psychologist, Admissions, Recreation Department, Vocation Department and Group Home.

Subcontracted by three different counties to provide In-Home Therapy to clients. Referrals for clients were provided directly from county child protection social services.
