In collaboration with cross-functional teams, I drive efficiencies, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Financial Close Expertise: Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses for various accounts such as cash, fixed assets, prepaid assets, AP, accrued liabilities, and payroll-related accounts.- International Finance: Review international reporting packages, reconciling intercompany transactions and ensuring seamless global financial operations.- Treasury Support: Play a pivotal role in Treasury operations, preparing weekly cash reporting and funding requests.- AP Team Collaboration: Support the AP team with settlement runs, T&E audits, and corporate credit card program, fostering efficiency and accuracy.- Process Automation: Drive automation initiatives and actively participate in testing new system enhancements or implementation projects.- Audit and Ad-Hoc Support: Collaborate in audit activities and respond to ad-hoc requests and projects, showcasing adaptability and a solution-oriented approach.- Workday Financials Expertise: Possess experience with Workday Financials, a valuable asset for optimizing financial processes.

Ownership of the full Accounts Payable invoice process including: - Manage team Inbox - Invoice entry/vouching into Workday Financials - Verifying discrepancies to resolve client billing issues - Obtaining appropriate approvals from internal business owners - Maintain supplier records, including W-9’s and wire/banking information Lead Process improvement projects for the Accounting Operations team- System Implementations: Workday, JIRA, FrontApp, VNDLY- Process Implementations: Automation of 1099 reporting, Purchase OrderProject, Financial Contract Approvals- Assist in Adhoc projects
