 Responsible for the marketing and promotional activities of the BUE Business Incubator. Assist in the capacity-building programs such as boot-camps & workshops that aims to support startups and helping them to join the business incubators. Encourage entrepreneurship by creating investment opportunities based on local opportunities. Develop the incubation program & the mentor ship program. Work on finding the new startups ideas.  Support startups ideas and provide them with suitable ecosystem. Design and create databases for all technologies, knowledge, available to the startups in the Business Incubator. Assist in developing startups the prototypes & business models. Help the startups develop & achieve their KPIs. Monitor the incubator’s the startups performance. Responsible for reporting & developing the overall performance of the Business incubator. Support and promote innovation, and technology transfer and commercialization.• Achievements: Participated the opening event of the BUE Science and Innovation park which is the first university liked science park in Egypt and the region to offer world class environment to academics, partners with TusStar which is one of the largest incubators in the world. Prepared and conducted a successful incubation program that cover the 6 months’ duration of the incubation. Accomplished and Published a full detailed incubation program. Launched two successful Facebook campaigns. Prepared and conducted several successful entrepreneurship events. Conducted & implemented the two incubation cycles. Provided social media presence for the Business Incubator (Facebook & LinkedIn). Developed the Incubator’s Advisory Board. Finalized two partnership deals for the Incubator. Designed Flyers, Banners, & Block notes.

Responsibilities:  Responsible for Collecting quotation from suppliers, Compare Prices, Preparing main invoices. Separating the PI’s SKD invoice and shipments, Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Prepare bank transfers for each shipment. Follow up with the suppliers the manufacturing process, the labeling process as well as the packing process. Reserving vessels, move shipments in sequence, and Follow up documents with suppliers during stamping. Prepare form 4 and bank procedures, Create insurance for each shipment, while Assisting the customs clearance department (invoice translation, data sheet,..etc)  Assist the warehouse in the shipments receiving process. Create the SAP coding and the Pos for the free items. Create the SAP codes for the new materials (Raw materials, Free Raw material, Prototype material, Finished Products, Trading goods, and Samples),  Creating monthly Reports (Transactions and shipments reports, Raw material and finish products prices comparison report)Achievements:  Introducing 4 different products to the company. Doubled the purchasing amounts within 5 months.

• Responsibilities: Responsible for the application of Oracle system and troubleshooting. Responsible for training new users. Team leader of the inventory in oracle system. Expert in different responsibilities in oracle system such as: Inventory, Cash management, Order management, Purchasing, Payables, and Receivables.  Responsible for IT troubleshooting. New installations of hardware and software. Responsible for domain and servers. Troubleshooting of other soft wares.• Achievements: Implementing the oracle program in the company’s following sectors: Finance, inventory, order managements, and purchasing. Training around 80 employees and implementing the oracle program in the company’s head office, nine warehouses, and fifteen van sales. Updated the monthly and yearly report forms on the system in order to be used for the audit reporting. Trained and coordinated the work and assigned the tasks of the company team members in order to implement the program in different sectors of the company.  Managed and handled all the IT needs of the 68 employees.

•Responsibilities : Responsible for the stations and service centers architectural, electrical, mechanical, & structure designs as well as the project’s coordination and supervision. Responsible for the graphics, interior designs and presentation works for the stations and Petromin Express branches.• Achievements: Designed & Implemented the Head Office Branding. Designed marketing flyers, posters & banners. Designed around 37 gas stations and 4 Petromin Express services centers architecture & interior designs.

• Responsibilities: Responsible for the projects architectural designs, interior designs, and coordination. As well as preparing the tender drawings and papers for different station’s companies such as NPCO & Petromin.• Achievements: Designed 5 stations for NPCO. Designed 4 stations for Petromin. Designed the gas stations design manual for NPCO.
