This includes personal, commercial and all specialist products.• Taking corrective measures/actions by applying new terms and conditions for high loss ratio clients at renewal stage each year or as and when applicable.• Arrange cancellation of policies which have been requested either by client or insurer and the sending out of the relevant cancellation letters and schedules to requested parties.• Assisting Clients / Brokers whom call in with queries.• Training of new staff members and broker staff who work on our systems.• Sending out survey requirements (commercial) and value at risk survey reports (personal) and applying necessary endorsements on policy, if requirements and recommendations are not met.• Planning and raising funds for corporate social investment such as golf days and charity events.• Informing clients of any state of cover, risk coverage, premiums and benefits.• Monitoring balances on client accounts and arranging reinsurance where necessary with particular insurers.• Informing clients and brokers of unmet premiums and provide options for clients to rectify account balances.

• Executing my duties across all areas of the Country Club including the fitness centre, reception area and the health and beauty spa• Assisting therapists with morning set-up for clients’ treatments, scheduling appointments, following up on with clients on their treatments, and general administration• Assisting fitness trainers with checking clients in at reception, helping with work-outs for the day, making sure all work out stations are neatly and cleanly maintained, and ensuring changing rooms are stocked with clean towels and gowns• Assisting life guards at the central country club swimming pool, checking clients in at the pool, ensuring clients were safe and taken care of, and maintaining housekeeping standards in the designated area
