International cooperation: 1.work as the international relations Manager and build the team from one person to three people. 2. Develop new partner institutions in worldwide. And manage 356 overseas institutions contracts，review and renew contracts with more than 70 UK institutions and open recruitments territory. 3. Negotiate the commission rate and incentives with our partners and determine key partners and work out the recruitment targets. Organization and coordination of overseas institution’s marketing activities1. Arrange visiting from overseas clients and provide program training for consultants. Identify selling points and promote through WeChat platform.2.Develop marketing plan with key partners and arrange marketing activities including education fair,education seminar and workshop for subagents to enhance the branding and strength program of partner institutions.

Developed partnerships with more than 40 Canadian institutions within three years including university of Manitoba,western university， Brock university.Maintain relationship with over 180 Canadian institutions.2.Review the cooperation with Canadian institution on annual basis,endeavor to improve commission and incentive bonus.3.Based on the historical achievements and advice from sales department,determine the key partner and work out the recruitment target and annual promotion plan,provide guidance to key partners and supervise sales department to accomplish the target.4.Work out quarterly visiting plan in accordance with the business requirements of overseas institutions and branch offices. responsible for arranging and receiving the visitors from overseas partners.Domestic promotion1.Responsible for marketing management and promotion of the Canada program and working out monthly/annually market promotion plan to raise publicity of Canada education and strength of EIC’ Canada department to enhance brand awareness.2.Responsible for updating the content on the company website and regularly provide new information and policies in regard of studying abroad in Canada to promote in various media channels.3.Invite our partners to participate in our Marketing activities and provide the promotion materials.Commission management1. Renew the contract with partner institutions in regular basis and negotiate for the new contract with one month ahead of renewal.2. Guide the commission officer’s work,construct policies to ensure the commission process.

Responsible for dealing with inquiries from consultants and provide program training regarding Canadian institutions.3. Responsible for student’s application,offers,accommodation arrangement and assisting with students dealing with pre-departure.4.Receive visitors from partner institutions and participate the program training collect training materials and share with consultants.
