WiB program is working to:- Support women entrepreneurs to access non-financial business development services, access finance & provide them with networking opportunitiesMy responsibilities are to implement the above project in the different region as follows: - Develop the women clients and consultant databases;- Manage the Business Advisory Services (BAS) project flow, including, but not limited to sourcing, developing and monitoring project implementation; drafting of project proposals, completion and evaluation reports and other documentation as may be required;- Ensure that projects and consultants proposed meet all selection criteria following the established guidelines;- Assist with the implementation of market development activities in cooperation with the National Programme Manager;- Develop internal and donor progress reports for approval by the National Programme Manager;- Assist the National Programme Manager and the Head of Regional Programme, Small Business Support Team with all aspects of promotion of the visibility of the BAS Egypt.- Coordinate the project activities and transfer of know how to the Social fund for Development as a local implementing partner.- Design the required training courses for women entrepreneurs, SFD team and consultants.- Provide networking opportunities to the women entrepreneurs and the SFD officials, as well as stakeholders from different business associations, governmental bodies, NGOs and donors in Egypt. -
