- Provide direct clinical, psychosocial mental health services to students identified as needing an Individual Education Plan (IEP) due to Emotional Disturbance (ED), Speech Impairment or Other Health Impairments (OHI). - Mental Health services include but are not limited to intake (evaluation/assessment), individual, collateral and family/parent psychotherapy, crisis intervention taking place at student’s school. - Coordination of services and case management, discharge planning, annual reviews and case consultation with student’s teachers, school psychologists, case carriers, speech therapist, school administration and staff. - Keep record of session notes, monthly reports, and IEP Annual/Triannual Reviews. - Present student’s progress during IEP Annual meetings and introduce new IEP ERMHS goals and recommendation of ERMHS services.

- Provide direct clinical, psychosocial, and/or rehabilitative mental health services to clients, including but not limited to intake evaluation/ assessment, individual, collateral, family, psychotherapy or counseling, crisis intervention, in-home, community services, and/or services at other locations away from the office. - Coordination of services and case management, discharge planning, and case consultation with referral sources, school, allied agencies, and others. - Build relationships with school teachers, administration, and staff to better support client needs and treatment. - Serve as primary therapist/coordinator of mental health services for assigned cases. - Maintain and complete all clinical and administrative record keeping associated with the delivery of services. - Interact with the community at large and with specific allied agencies, other programs,and funding sources in a manner that facilitates and enhances the operation of The Guidance Center.- Hold parenting groups using the Reflective Parenting Program curriculum.
