• Conduct microbiological tests, experiments, and analyses to investigate the characteristics and behavior of microorganism especially a fungi.• Perform microbiology analysis using various techniques such as aseptic sampling, microbial identification, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing• Perform quality control assessments to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results • Testing the antibacterial potential of endophytic molds, as well as morphological and molecular identification.• Conduct aseptic sampling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure the integrity of samples• Follow good laboratory practices to maintain accuracy and reliability of test results• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret data, and provide insights for process improvement• Maintain accurate laboratory records and document test results in a timely manner• Participate in laboratory investigations and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
