**Account Manager for Starbucks Coffee – MENA**Key Responsibilities and Duties:- Managing and delivering daily tactics for Key accounts in terms of artwork, adaptation, printing and production. - Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule for the promotional campaigns as per the needs of the client to meet deadlines and launching dates.- Managing, reviewing and delivering the client’s advertisement projects.- Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.- Ensuring that the production is cost effective.- Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.- Working out the human and material resources needed.- Drafting a timescale for the job.- Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.- Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals.- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.- Supervising and motivating a team of workers.

1.Handling all public relations activities 2.Organizing and managing opening ceremonies of Laylaki Lebanese Restaurant, Greek Week at Downtown, and Kuwaiti Week at Downtown, launching of the ‘Stay twice, get one’ promotion, and many other through out thee years 3.Operating and mastering different tools from IHG Head Office – HCM, Guest Connect, Keyword Search, etc. 4.Building and maintaining professional relationship with all leading press and media parties with minimal costs. 5.Supplying press with articles, information and photographs about the hotel’s events and activities6.Preparing forecast annual media and advertising plan including direction, aim and motivation of all activities7.Keeping the company in the public eye at all times, maintaining a tip level image 8.Ensuring the implementation of standards manual of Holiday Inn Brand9.Handling the process of replacement of Hotel external signage with new logo and identity along with the other team members, as well as the replacement of hotel stationary. 10.Creating, planning and managing the yearly events calendar of the hotel such as Ladies Gathering “Sobhya at Downtown “, VIP dinners “La Table des Gourmet”.11.Planning and executing the activities of Corporate Social Responsibility for three years in row, e.g. campaigns of blood donations, special needs painting event, gearga’n celebrations at Children Cancer Center, replanting events.
