Passionate about the role of education in creating a better world. I aim to contribute to the world's improvement by co-creating innovative learning experiences that empower people to face their own challenges, and as a basis to solve global issues. Currently, I am looking for new projects as I finished my PhD in Education at the University of Cambridge, investigating the role of play for children's learning and development in low-income settings. I am also a co-founder of Dexterity Club, where we create different interventions to help children develop their digital competencies, and for parents and teachers to support them.I have contributed to projects aiming to understand the use of educational technology, as well as online and blended learning, for the effectiveness of education at Utrecht University and the University of Amsterdam (Uva). In Mexico, I was the student affairs and well-being Director for undergraduate students at Tecmilenio University, the first worldwide university to create a well-being ecosystem for its community. I lead 28 campuses nationwide to incorporate Positive Psychology in the Student Affairs and extracurricular activities. Previously, with a Master’s in Business Management (MBA) I specialized in Quality, Productivity and Project Management. I supported a multinational company with operations in Mexico in Continuous Improvement and Organisational Training for 500+ employees. At the same time, I combined my Organizational Development skills with Positive Psychology to launch a non-profit organization to improve education by conducting workshops about engagement, leadership, teamwork and positive psychology skills according to the needs of schools and teachers of the community.Furthermore, with a team of colleagues, I provided organizational development consultancy, designing and facilitating teamwork, and conducting leadership and engagement workshops.
