Working as a front desk clerk I have learnt to always have a smile on my face since am the first person a client comes into contact with before being directed to whoever the client want to see or meet. I have to also receive clients in a friendly and welcoming manner. I also have to exhibit a detail-oriented skills since i will have to document every information that will be given to me by a client.

In the year 2009 some people from the Ghana Health Service visited my Junior High School and educated both teachers and students on the importance of hand washing.During the talk, the delegates told us that they were to nominate someone who will see to it that hand washing is prioritized in schools, homes and the communities. I was elected and assigned to be the brand initiative for that program, it was not an easy work as little young as I was at that time i didn't give up despite people looking down on me I still went ahead with my leadership demonstration and educating the people around me on the importance of washing your hands frequently.
