Dr. Dinah Torres-Quiñones is a dedicated servant leader and dynamic healthcare executive with extensive knowledge in grants management and research administration. She served as an instrumental Administrator for over two decades at Northwestern University, contributing to their research enterprise by maximizing performance processes, managing complex multi-site program operations, reviewing and approving fiscal oversight, and through passionate advocacy for connecting reason (the need) with the resources (funding). In her current role as the Chief of Staff at Humboldt Park Health, she serves in the community where she was born and raised. Dinah continues to contribute her time, resources, and expertise to various initiatives focused on improving access to quality healthcare driven by the hospital's core mission of advancing health equity for the most marginalized and disinvested populations on the West Side of Chicago. What sets her apart is her passion and persistence for people in the pursuit of a healthier, more equitable world.
