- Provided medical interpretation at the MdM clinic between doctors and refugees in Idomeni camp, hosting 18,000 refugees stuck between the borders of Greece and Macedonia (FYROM). - Coordinated referrals of vulnerable cases, in conjunction with UNHCR, Doctors Without Borders (MSF), the Red Cross and other international organizations.- Implemented vaccination campaigns in two refugee camps in Northern Greece.

- Provided interpretation and technical guidance as part of IFRC Community Engagement and Accountability Field Assessment of refugee camps in Northern Greece.- Supported the development of IFRC walkie-talkie radio programme, including interpretation for one-on-one interviews and transcription of interviews from Arabic to English. Reviewed final radio programmes for accuracy.

- Supported operations at HPF’s medical clinic outside the Moria Hot Spot on Lesvos. Our clinic was the only 24-hour clinic providing overnight medical care inside Moria Compound, where, on average 2-3,000 refugees arrived daily. - Provided medical translation between doctors, nurses and refugees and for emergency cases overnight inside Moria Hot Spot. - Accompanied emergency medical cases to hospitals, clinics and care facilities to provide referrals and interpretation.- Established the medical clinic’s referral network through researching, identifying, networking and interviewing local partners. Network includes referrals to medical care, support for unaccompanied minors, financial aid, accommodation and psychosocial support for vulnerable cases. - Served as focal point in the handling of unaccompanied minors in coordination with the Red Cross. - In Northern Greece, provided interpretation for medical team providing emergency dental care. - Supported the development and implementation of refugee dental care needs assessment.
